Njivice. The holiday apartment is located on an open plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The apartments KRK NIV 093 (6 persons) and KRK NIV 095 (3 persons) are located in the same building. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Shopping 600 m, restaurant 600 m, town centre 600 m. Rijeka: airport 10 km and railway station 35 km. In summer: Adriatic coast 400 m in Njivice (beach 400 m in Njivice with sand and pebbles). Njivice: horse riding 2 km and dog beach, tennis, mini golf, boat rental each 800 m.

Kitchenette in the living room (5 sqm) with electric cooker (ceramic hob), fridge (freezer compartment) and access to the balcony. Bathroom (10 sqm) with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
