A television with local channels is available as well as Internet access (WLAN / WiFi) without volume limitation.
In the summer months, the living-dining area and terrace is from noon in the very pleasant shade of the house. The house also has a new air conditioning, which ensures the desired temperature in all rooms (reversible).
