Our house is located in the green interior of Istria in a small place called Rudani. The land on which it was built is 1800 m2 and the surface of the house is 200 m2 with the terraces. It is a modern one

House offers idyllic vacation away from the hustle and bustle.
It is 20 minutes from the crystal clear sea.
Due to its location in the center of Istria, over a 30 min drive you can come to all city and major events in Istria.
It is located 8 km from Žminj. Žminj is a nice town where you can also eat traditional Istrian specialties. At the end of August there is a very popular local festival called "Bartulja". Our house is located near a village path and it is surrounded by beautiful nature, which is ideal for sports and relaxation (running, cycling ...). We have an idyllic rural atmosphere and we will be happy to offer you fruit and vegetables from our own organic cultivation. Our municipal playground is near our house, where you can play football, basketball and handball. On hot summer nights there is also a pool and a fireplace. The cities: Rovinj, Pula, Poreč and Rabac are a good half hour drive from Rudani, so you can also visit the beautiful beaches in these cities, as well as take part in numerous cultural events.
