The holiday home, built in 2014 and renovated in 2023, is a semi-detached house furnished in the typical local style. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, and garden furniture.


Location
Friedland, district of Kummerow. The holiday home is located on an open plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. As landlords, we are pleased to be able to offer our guests, from April 2023, a second holiday flat of the same size and similarly furnished in the “Spreeblick” holiday home – our flat “Seerose”.

We wish you a pleasant and relaxing stay! Holiday home near the water, view from the property towards the River Spree. Whether a relaxing holiday, a family break or an active, sporty holiday, Lower Lusatia and the Spreewald offer a good mixture of everything. Kummerow can be a starting point for cyclists, boaters, anglers, hikers, and all nature lovers. The comfortable holiday home is located in the centre of Kummerow amidst the idyllic Spreewiesen nature reserve on the River Spree. Access is directly from the main road. Parking on the property.

Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
