Beautifully situated in the Kvarner Bay, the small town of Zubinici welcomes you. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this vacation home stands on a large fenced garden and enjoys a beautiful panoramic view. The interior is very comfortable and modern.



Two additional bedrooms in the attic and without doors are accessible from bedrooms 1 and 3.

Next to the big house there is another smaller charming cottage. It consists of a rustic tavern located on the first floor, where you can barbecue and spend social hours. On the upper floor with separate outside entrance there is bedroom No. 5, bathroom, kitchen and living room, ideal for two people who want to keep their privacy. In the living room there is a sofa bed.



Refresh and relax in the pool, where there are 4 massage jets in one area. The water temperature in the pool is pleasant in the early and late season from about 28-32 ° C.



In the surrounding area are cycling and hiking trails. Very soon you will reach the sea by car. The beach in the harbor carries a blue flag and has facilities for adults and children, such as volleyball, soccer, badminton court and slide. Walking along the coast from Icici to Opatija, along the 12 km long promenade, you will meet the pearls of the Opatija Riviera. Especially beautiful nature experiences are guaranteed in the Ucka Nature Park or on Kvarner islands Cres and Krk.
