The reed roof house, completed in 2015, has a direct and unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea, the island of Poel and the Wismar Bay across the fields. The surrounding, large and beautiful garden offers you the opportunity to relax on the sun lounger and the children have plenty of space to play. On two terraces you can enjoy the sun all day in the garden in the beach chair or in cozy garden furniture. In a large garden shed there is a handcart and an electric grill for cozy barbecues. In addition, there are 2 spacious parking spaces on the property.

On the ground floor of the house there is a bedroom with two single beds and a TV as well as a shower room. Furthermore, a large cozy living room (incl. Fireplace, large TV, stereo and Blu-Ray player) with dining area and integrated kitchen (dishwasher, stove, large fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, raclette device, and much more). In addition, there is a washing machine in the utility room on the ground floor.

The upper floor consists of 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV. In a modern full bath with bathtub, shower and toilet, you can relax with a relaxation bath or switch off under a spacious shower.

The whole house is equipped with underfloor heating and a fireplace in the living room provides cozy warmth.

Also ideal is the short walk of 400m to the nearby beach, as well as the extensive opportunities for cycling and walking on the Baltic Sea.
