Apartment

We offer in our house to an apartment on the first floor with separate entrance. The studio is about 40 square meters in size, light and bright with a large, partly covered roof terrace. You have a wide view south to the Pegnitzauen. The equipment is high quality, partly with old furniture.
Two beds can be provided individually or as a double bed. If required, the sleeping area can be separated by a curtain from the living area. Linen provided.
In a niche there is a kitchenette with sink, fridge and hob. All necessary kitchen utensils are naturally present in case something more is needed, we help out much.
Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Parking for one car on the plot. The train station is a five minute walk, by train you are in 30 minutes in Nuremberg main station ..

The area offers numerous opportunities for leisure activities; Walkers and cyclists are in good hands here, climbers go just a few kilometers. The Pegnitz, a quiet river walking can be bepaddelt; a lake, an outdoor pool and a spa with sauna invite you to swim and relax.
