The house is situated in a quiet residential area with no traffic, especially suitable for families with children. The city center and the beaches are within 5 minutes walking..
The house is modern Andalusian style. The rooms are designed open, so you can stay there together with the whole family, even when cooked.
Two beautifull terrazes for lunch outdoors at the garden, near to the barbacue. The back garden is perfect with trees and a swimming pool to relax. In order to succeed with children, there are two safety gates that separate the two gardens when needed.
The children's room includes two rooms, a bedroom and a games room.
