The small holiday home "Vogel-Nest" is located in a very quiet south-facing slope. The center with all facilities is about 5 minutes away on foot. The ballroom and the cross-country stadium are also nearby.
The shuttle bus stop to the Seegatterl valley station and thus to Winkelmoos-Alm and Steinplatte is in front of the ballroom. In summer, the hiking trails start right outside the house.
Golfers can reach the first cross-border 18-hole course of the Reit im Winkl-Kössen golf club in 4 minutes by car.

Apartment below: The for max. 1-room apartment suitable for two people is located on the ground floor. It has a living room with a seating area and two country house beds as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is equipped with satellite TV and radio and a WiFi hotspot. The kitchen with refrigerator, stove and dishwasher is enough for the small hunger.
The south-east facing terrace is ideal for sunbathing.
A garage is available for your car and your ski equipment.
