This charming semi-detached house is located in the picturesque village of Volosko, not far from Opatija. The old villa originally dates back to 1830. There are two entrances to the house, one via a staircase from the street, and the other through the garden, which is laid out in several levels and littered with Mediterranean plants. There is also the jacuzzi. Walk from here to the bathing beach and the 12 km long promenade by the sea. Take boat trips to the nearest islands of the Kvarner Bay or visit the Ucka Mountains if you want to breathe mountain air. The house owner will arrange a parking ticket for the parking lot about 100 meters away.
