Apartment

The apartment is located on the top floor of an apartment building and has a beautiful view of the imposing mountains of Garmisch-Partenkirchen through the floor and location. At the heart of the facility are homely colors and natural materials, the connection between modern and rural furnishings. Many of the fittings and furniture were made by hand and were made to match the character of the apartment. The bedroom has an open roof structure with a lot of visible wood and a generous, fantastic view of Alpspitze, Waxenstein and Zugspitze. A 47 inch LCD TV is used for cozy TV hours. There is a large fly screen in front of the window for mosquito and fly-free sleeping.

In the center of the living room is a stylish soapstone stove with a large viewing window to enjoy a lot of crackling, warm comfort in the living room on cold evenings. In addition to the cozy sofa corner with the same 47 inch LCD TV as in the bedroom, there is also a dining area available.

The bathroom has a spacious shower, toilet and double sink.

The sun welcomes you in the kitchen in the morning, a wonderful place for the first coffee of the day. From here you have a view of the large Olympic ski jump in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, oven, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer etc.

The entrance area is a spacious hall with cloakroom and bench.

There are of course two separate parking spaces directly in front of the house.
