The equipment of the apartment corresponds to a modern high quality standard. We attached great importance to good design and quality of the furnishings (high-quality mattresses in both bedrooms ensure comfortable lying comfort). Furthermore, the room height of 3.80m conveys an airy, light-flooded feeling of living.
The apartment is located in a small cul de sac about 150m from the lake. It is located in the entire top floor of a modern 4-party house. Living area, winter garden and balcony are oriented to the south. Waterfront promenade, natural beach pool (free entry for holiday guests) and the town center are only a few minutes' walk away. Lake and Schlösslepark can be reached in just a few steps.
The Bodenseeradweg leads in the next parallel street.
The marina is in the immediate vicinity.

We are private landlords (no agency - no broker). The apartment is looked after by an administrator on site (cleaning and key handover).

- Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds (100x200 cm), cork floor
- pull-out sofa bed in the living room for the fifth person

- Single garage and parking space in front of the garage

For our little guests we have a travel cot, high chair and a handcart.
Family friendly, non smoking, no pets, suitable for allergy sufferers.

Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the rental price.

Weekly rentals only; Arrival / departure on Saturdays.
