The detached house is located in the middle of a large garden on the hill (Monte Giove) in a quiet location above the old town of Terracina overlooking the sea. A romantic natural garden with olive trees, oleander, bougainvillea, rosemary hedge, agave and brick hearth for barbecuing surround the house.
The own lemons as well as spices (laurel, rosemary, sage) can be used gladly. There is a rooftop dining area, which is great for dinner in the sunset. Many terraces (partly covered) surround the house to find the perfect sun / shade at all times. The bungalow offers many places to relax and feel good with views of the sea and the bay of Circeo.
A very special place: the view-protected outdoor shower with hot water and side sea view!
Due to the location on the mountain there is often a pleasant breeze, which ensures even in summer for a cool sea breeze. In 3 bedrooms can max. 6 people are housed. All bedrooms are equipped with fans. There is wifi in the house.
The house is mostly used privately and is therefore very personally furnished. Everything for your daily needs is available and distinguishes the house.
Bed linen and towels are provided. (No beach towels)
The center of Terracina is 5 minutes away by car. The old town (Domplatz) is only 8 minutes away on foot.
