The 85 sqm holiday home (with wireless Internet) is located in a quiet residential area - about the same distance from the sea and the historic city center. Shops (baker, combi, Lidl, Aldi, beverage market) and restaurants are about 5 minutes away by bike
House and garden
Our house has a large living / dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a storage room with washing machine and a guest toilet on the ground floor. Two bedrooms with 2 beds each, 1 additional toddler bed, the bathroom with toilet and shower and a clothes dryer are on the upper floor. The stairs have a lockable wooden grille on the upper floor to protect small children.
A wind and view-protected sun terrace with garden furniture and a large lawn (play) area with three swings for the children, terrace with garden furniture, electric grill, 2 bicycles (+1 child seat), a children's bike from 6 years, 1 children's scooter and various children's games.
Others
The parking space is in front of the house.
On request, we can provide additional pillows, blankets and bathrobes. If you arrive by train, we will be happy to pick you up from the train station.
