Floor space approx. 40 sqm (incl. Slopes), 2. Floor, 2 rooms, suitable for 2 adults (possibly with 1 - 2 children). The accommodation is too small for 4 adults. The apartment is located on the northern outskirts of Braunlage right next to the forest. Distance to the town center and the ski lift 0.5 km, hiking trails start right at the house, cross-country trails can be reached in a few minutes.
Living room with built-in kitchenette (fridge with freezer, ceramic hob with 2 plates, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. Free WiFi, large TV with cable connection, radio, CD, DVD / Blue-ray, small, bright bathroom with (narrow) shower, bedroom with Velux window above the double bed (160 x 200 cm, height 40 cm), large built-in wardrobes in Living room and bedroom. Double sofa bed in the living room. From the living room and the covered balcony (table with 4 garden chairs) you have a direct view of the forest. The following costs apply and must be paid in cash on arrival:
For the final cleaning of the apartment once € 30.
The visitor's tax prescribed by the municipality of Braunlage is € 2.50 per night and per person, half for the first child over 6 years. City tax is not payable for children up to 6 years and from the second child. If desired, bed linen and towels can be provided for a total of € 5 per stay per person.
Coin-operated washing machine (€ 2), drying room and table tennis table are in the basement, where there is another shower (80 x 80 cm) and toilet. Ski / bike cellar available. Sauna € 3 per person and use.
Arrival from 2 p.m., departure by 11 a.m., different times can be agreed upon. The apartment has its own parking space directly at the house.
