It is a modern, small villa with palm trees in the garden and directly on the canal, where you can moor your motor or sailing boat (up to 10m in length). From the canal you can take the boat directly to the port or the open sea.
The coast of Empuriabrava or the Bay of Roses is a paradise for divers and snorkelers. The huge sandy beach of Empuriabrava is only a 7 minute walk from the house. Empuriabrava is an artificial lagoon town with canals and lakes, embedded on both sides of a nature and bird sanctuary. Empuriabrava has a huge range of shops, countless restaurants, with Catalan, Spanish and French cuisine, bars, clubs, discos etc.
A large network of hiking trails runs through the surrounding area, especially the hills of Roses, a pretty harbor town 3 km away. The surrounding area is also a golfer's paradise and, with the Dali Museum and many medieval monasteries and castles, also offers art and culture lovers everything. The nearby Pyrenees invite you to go hiking and skiing. The exciting city of Barcelona with Rambla, Olympic port, fashion houses, Gaudí architecture, old town and Catalan gourmet restaurants is only 100 km away and can be reached in an hour via the motorway. The house has home cinema via satellite with hundreds of channels (including practically all German and Swiss programs) as well as free internet via WLAN. The 3rd Double bed (pull-out couch) is in the living room. It is a strictly non-smoking house; Pets are not allowed. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children. The entire outdoor area with pool and berth was completely renovated in May 2018.
