The apartment is located 3 km outside Sarrians, a small town between Carpentras (7 km) and Orange (15 km), 15 km from the historic city of Avignon. You will stay on the border of Provence and Drôme, in the middle of vineyards with a beautiful view. A beautiful area, made for walking and cycling. You live in the right part of this house. The river Ouvèze, where you can swim, is 6 km from your house. You live here very quiet and in clear weather you have a beautiful view of Mont Ventoux from your terrace by the swimming pool. Adjacent to this is the orchard; here you can sunbathe, read or just relax in peace. On this very spacious property is also the house of the owner. This sympathetic winegrower will fully respect your privacy. The terrace is also accessible via a (wheelchair) ramp.
