The holiday home, built in 2003, is a terraced house and is functionally and typically furnished in the local style. The property is located in a holiday complex. Available for use: terrace and garden furniture. +++ Light WI-FI (no streaming no download) available on request (not included in the price). FOR ARRIVALS ON 20.05.2026 and 21.05.2026 and 22.05.2026 and 23.05.2026, the deposit is 800 euros, which must be paid on site. Families are exempt from this. ++ PETS:: Only small dogs up to 20 kg allowed. Please specify the size of your dog when booking++.

Location
Lignano, district Sabbiadoro. The holiday home is located in a holiday complex on an enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. Situated in a lovely residential area between Lignano Sabbiadoro and Pineta, the terraced villas are approximately 1km away from the beach and the town centre of Sabbiadoro. Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house. The covered parking in the basement of the house is suitable for two smaller cars or one larger car. Additional parking is available on the public street.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-September). Depending on weather conditions, the pool is open from mid-May to mid-September.
