The apartment offers enough space on approx. 46m² and is designed for 2-5 people and is located on the first floor of the house on the south-east side.

The bedroom has a double bed and storage space for clothes. Underfloor heating ensures stepless regulation of the temperature for a stay outside the summer months.
In the second bedroom, which is equipped with two single beds in its basic configuration, can also be converted into a double bed for a short time. Underfloor heating ensures stepless regulation of the temperature for a stay outside the summer months.
In the kitchen, the sofa is suitable for converting into a sleeping place. A bistro table with a kitchen unit forms the kitchen part. Fridge and cooking facilities as well as a microwave with baking function and necessary utensils are available.
The covered balcony is ideal for breakfast, a table with seating is also available.
The bathroom is compact and has a shower.
