Apartment

Our house is located in the district of Ferres, surrounded by vineyards of the world-famous wine location of the "Piesporter Goldtröpfchen" and only a few steps away from the banks of the Moselle. The bike path is right in front of the door and extensive hikes along the Moselle or over the Römersteig are also possible directly from the house.

Our approx. 45 m² apartment consists of a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The kitchenette is equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
In the living area there is a comfortable couch that can be converted into a bed (for children, lying area approx. 2mx1.4m) and a flat screen with satellite TV.
The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed and large wardrobe.
The own small terrace with a view of the Moselle invites you to grill (grill available) or linger over a glass of wine.
Parking space directly in front of the apartment.
Barrier-free entrance.
Non smoking apartment!
Pets are not allowed!
Maximum occupancy with 2 adults and 2 children (please note the size of the sofa bed!)
