This beautiful villa is located in the mountains of the spectacularly beautiful region of La Axarquia, just a short drive from the beaches of the Costa del Sol. This region is characterized by an extraordinary combination of high mountains, green valleys and sometimes rugged, sometimes gentle transitions into the blue Mediterranean.

The villa is surrounded by vineyards and avocado plantations between the villages of Canillas de Albaida and Cómpeta. In the Axarquia there are still numerous white villages of Arabic origin with the typical whitewashed houses, the narrow and winding alleys, decorated with a colorful floral display.

The villa is just a stone's throw away from both villages, which offer supermarkets, bars, good restaurants and interesting places to stroll and explore.
The Mediterranean Sea with its many beaches and golf courses is only 18 km away. Marina are in Caleta and La Heradura. Malaga airport is approximately 1 hour away.

ground floor
You enter a spacious and bright hallway with an impressive travertine staircase that leads to the first floor.
On the ground floor there is a large, bright living / dining room with a wood stove for cozy winter evenings. Sound system and flat screen TV complete the comfortable equipment.
Glass doors open to the terrace and the pool area.
The semi-open, high-quality kitchen has granite worktops and a breakfast bar. A washing machine is available in the adjoining utility room.

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom. From here there is direct access to the terrace and the pool area. There is also a bedroom with two single beds.
There are also two bathrooms on this floor, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

1. floor
Here is a beautiful master bedroom with a private bathroom and dressing room. Queen size double bed, flat screen TV and sound system.
A glass wall with sliding doors reveals a breathtaking view of the mountains and the sea.
Another bedroom has two single beds and a large roof terrace in Moroccan style. The bathroom is separate.

Second floor
A spiral staircase leads to a very private roof terrace and a double bedroom with its own bathroom.

There is central heating, air conditioning are include in the price. The heated pool at an additional cost of 250 €/week. Satellite TV and Internet WIFI are included.
