You can reach Essen City by tram or in 15 minutes on foot.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and access to the balcony, the daylight shower room is new. The bedroom has a double bed (180x200)
equipped, the sofa in the living room can be folded out. The facility includes a radio / DVD player and a flat screen TV, WiFi is available.
There are free parking spaces in front of the house and nearby, and there are several underground stops within a 5-minute walk.
