The spacious ground floor flat consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fitness room and a large living room with kitchen and dining area overlooking the pool. On the first floor there is also a spacious terrace with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen and a beautiful terrace with panoramic views of the bay of Katel. Additional comfort is offered on the fenced plot with pool and sun deck. The nearest beach is about 1.5 km away and you can reach cultural centres such as Split and Trogir by car.
