In the hinterland of Opatija and in a very quiet location is this accommodation on a fenced plot of 3850 m². It is ideal for several families to spend their vacations together. You have at your disposal the 1st floor and the attic. You can reach the second floor via external stairs and in the attic the lowest ceiling height is 120 cm. Behind the house is the outdoor pool and a gazebo where you can sit comfortably together.



Opatija can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. Here you can find first class restaurants and wonderful spas and wellness centers, where an atmosphere of yesteryear is present and Opatija's history as a spa town becomes perceptible. Take a walk along the Croatian Streets of Fame, visit the Church of St. James from the 15th century or admire the sculpture and Opatija's landmark, the Girl with a Seagull, on the waterfront.
