The 94 m² Non smoking apartment consists of a living room with comfortable couch, large flat screen TV with cable connection, DVD player, VCR, stereo system and free Wi-Fi access. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, coffee and coffee pod machine, toaster, kettle and bread slicer. It is partly open towards through a passage and a small hatch to the living room. In the apartment there are three bedrooms, two of which are each equipped with a 1.80 m wide double bed and one with a 1.40 m wide bed. Next to the bathroom with bath, shower and toilet is also a separate WC.
Your children can play carefree in the yard or in the garden or go exploring in the nearby forest. For you, the generous balcony with view to the legendary Watzmann one of your favorite places will be mainly in summer and autumn.
