Apartment

The location of this house is really unique: our 3-room apartment 'Meerestraum' is located directly on the high promenade, the wooded cliffs of Sellin, and only a few steps from the famous Sellin pier, and thus from the beach.

Since a sunny location was particularly important to us, we decided on apartment No. 7: on the south-east balcony you can enjoy the morning sun and see the sea shimmering through the trees, on the south-west balcony you can let yourself go end the day with a glass of wine in the evening sun.

Our comfortable 3-room.-Apartment offers enough space for 4 people. From the hall you enter a large living room with a modern fitted kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. The high-quality kitchen unit also satisfies demanding cooks with its excellent equipment: multifunction stove with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster as well as plenty of dishes, glasses and pots for 12 people are available. The apartment is flooded with light through large balcony doors in 3 rooms.

For your convenience, 2 televisions and 1 portable radio CD player are available. Books, DVDs and games are also available. The spacious bathroom offers a bathtub, shower / toilet and a washing machine, the use of which is included in the rental price. The balconies are each equipped with a table and comfortable chairs with cushions and a parasol.

With regard to guests who may suffer from allergies, we only offer our fully tiled apartment as a non-smoking apartment; Unfortunately pets are not allowed. In the underground car park, our guests have their own parking space for normal-sized cars at no extra charge.

When you step out of the house, breathe in the spicy forest and sea air and decide either for a walk in the Granitzer forest, which starts directly at the house, or for a detour to the famous Selliner pier with the main beach, which is about 200 m away. Due to the high bank location, this can be reached by elevator and / or by stairs.

From the pier, you can reach Wilhelmstrasse with its filigree spa architecture and numerous shops and restaurants. A shopping center, mini golf course and water park are located at the 'Seepark Sellin' in approx. 800 m distance.

In the main season from mid-June to late August, we only rent weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
