Monte Marcello is a charming medieval village set on a hill overlooking the sea, on the border between Tuscany and Liguria. The village is famous for its great restaurants, its beautiful panoramic views, as well as for the trekking trails. The town consists mainly of narrow streets that are free of traffic. Therefore, the sturgeons through driving is impossible, while the public car park is just 50 meters from the house. It is located just 6 km from Lerici, about 20 km from Portovenere and 30 km from the Cinque Terre. Excursions in Tuscany are also possible as Lucca and Pisa are only 60 km away. A very nice beach ("Punta Corvo") is located at the foot of the hill, reached by a long flight of stairs (1000 steps), otherwise there is a boat service in Bocca di Magra village, about 4 km away, where other beaches are , This apartment is located in the heart of the village and it is spread over two floors.
