The representative, traditional villa is located in the very exclusive district of Cielo de Bonaire on the La Victoria peninsula near Alcudia. The spacious newly created lounge and pool area - with internet - is surrounded by palm trees, lush blooming bougainville, oleanders and invites you to relax, swim and sunbathe; direct sea view here too. The pool is heated. Due to the hillside location you can enjoy a unique sea view from almost every point of the house. The beautiful sunsets and the sparkling lights of the bay of Pollenca and Formentor are impressive. The various outdoor areas (terraces, veranda, pool area, pool lounge area) offer a pleasant environment for larger families and groups of friends. An ideal retreat to relax and enjoy.

The upper floor has a very large terrace (outdoor dining area for 8 people and grill, covered) with unrestricted, fantastic sea views.
The spacious living room leads directly to the sun terrace. The separate dining room has 8-10 seats.
The new kitchen is very well equipped and has a wine fridge.
The master bedroom (double bed) on the mezzanine with its own balcony also has a full sea view. The new bathroom ensuite has a shower, bidet and 2 sinks. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor have a separate veranda with a great sea view. There is also a bedroom with 2 single beds (window to the sea) upstairs and a guest toilet.
A table tennis table is located on a side veranda next to the garage.

The villa is about a 10-minute walk from the sea, marina, 2 restaurants, a chill-out bar and a small supermarket.
The sandy beaches Sant Pere and Sant Joan of Mal Pas with sun beds and bar are about 2 km away and can be reached in 4 minutes by car. The beach restaurant S'Illot is also only 2 km away and offers a special atmosphere (view of Formentor).
The old town of Alcudia with its historic city wall, many shops, restaurants and supermarkets is an 8-minute drive (5 km) away.
Port d'Alcudia with its large fine sandy beaches is 6 km away and can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
The old town of Pollenca as well as the bay and beaches of Port de Pollença are approx. 10-15 km away.
