Our holiday house is located in Dubnitz, a district of the town of Sassnitz. The exciting Mukran ferry port can be reached on foot. The beach in Neu Mukran is only 2 kilometers away and to Binz 9 kilometers. Many interesting excursion destinations are nearby, such as the Nature Center Rügen, Prora, the King's Chair / Kreidefelsen, the Jasmund National Park and many more. Further suggestions for excursions and attractions as well as suitable maps are available in the holiday house.
The completely renovated semi-detached house can accommodate 6 persons. On the ground floor there is a 26 m2 large open kitchen, a bathroom with a ground-floor large shower and a sunny bedroom with 16 m2. On the upper floor are also two bedrooms with approx. 12-14 m2 to be found, as well as another bathroom with a level shower. All bedrooms have a double bed and all have satellite TV and flat screen TV.
The approx. 40 m2 sun terrace, bordering the house, offers a beautiful view of the almost 900 m2 garden.
