The proximity of the highway and local roads offer the possibility to reach the famous tourist towns of Opatija, Crikvenica and the island of Krk faster. In the basement there is a kitchen and a living room, which will serve you ideally while you spend time at the pool or barbecue. External stairs will lead you to the first floor where there is a spacious living and dining area with kitchen and two bedrooms, while on the second floor there are another three bedrooms.
