Beautiful and comfortable house on the outskirts of the small medieval village of Santa Lucia, in Monteggiori, Versilia on the hill.

The sea is only 9 miles away, and, Pietrasanta, a beautiful village rich in art workshops and exhibitions is only 8 km away.
Lucca and Pisa are about ½ hour drive. The village is situated on a hill opposite the Versilia coast, and the view from there is beautiful. A restaurant is also on site.

Our house is located just 50 meters from the village, and has a large terrace (60m2), from which one enjoys stunning views of the coast. The terrace is also windy, and for this reason, in the summer when the weather is nice and very pleasant.
The house is on three floors:
Ground floor with living room with double bed and fireplace, large fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower.
First floor double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
Second floor double bedroom. The view from room windows is beautiful.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Nearest shops / supermarket are about 5 km. There is a restaurant in the village of Santa Lucia.
