On the ground floor (external roller blinds and fly screens) there is the living room (LED flat screen, DVD player, stereo system, etc.) with dining area for 5 people and access to the large terrace with seating and parasol, a separate fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, senseo) Machine, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer and much more), as well as a guest toilet with washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the upper floor there are the two bedrooms (one with a double bed, another with two single beds, original Velux blackout blinds, heat protection, fly screens and LED TVs), as well as the bathroom with shower and toilet. High chair, baby bed, gate, grill, two new 6-speed bicycles and two wheels with parking space and car parking space are also available. It is a non-smoking house, pets are not allowed, WiFi included.
