Our spacious holiday home is ideal for families, trade fair visitors, and workers. It is located in the Leverkusen-Manfort district, in close proximity to both Cologne and Düsseldorf.

With five bedrooms and a large living and dining area, the house accommodates up to 12 people – perfect for groups who value comfort and ample space.

The Accommodation:
This modern holiday home offers generous, open-plan living and impresses with its bright, contemporary furnishings and welcoming atmosphere throughout.

The ground floor features a bright and inviting living room with seamless access to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The living room is stylishly furnished and includes a 65" LED TV with satellite reception (over 50 channels) and Netflix. Large patio doors lead to a sunny private garden – perfect for relaxing.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, and plenty of dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available. Additionally, there is a guest toilet with a washbasin on this floor.

A comfortable staircase leads from the open-plan living area to the upper floor, which features five spacious bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and two additional separate toilets. Each bathroom is equipped with a shower (one with an additional bathtub), sink, and heated towel rails – ensuring comfort even for larger groups.

The house is fitted with electric roller shutters and offers a stable 250 Mbit/s Wi-Fi connection in all rooms.

The property is exclusively available to booked guests – there are no shared spaces with other people.

The house rules, which are provided in the property, must be followed by all guests. Unregistered visitors (without a booking) are not permitted on the premises.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of the neighborhood and to avoid noise both inside and outside the house during nighttime hours.
