The property is popular due to the view of the mountains from the grounds and its quiet, sunny hillside location on the edge of the forest. Location
Radstadt, 900 m a.s.l. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn and shrubs, bordered by a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Holiday house with 11 rooms over 3 floors totalling 350 sqm for 30 people. Access is via a mountain road (asphalted, length 500 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 8 cars) on the street in front of the house.

Central heating. In the kitchen there is a large wood-burning stove, the flat-rate ancillary costs are calculated for final cleaning, waste fees & water. Cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN), iron, washing machine and tumble dryer. Television reception is via satellite.
