The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house or apartment building built in 1964, renovated in 2022, and is modernly furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of town. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the forests and the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the forest. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture. The shared balcony (2 tables, 5 chairs) is accessible via the hallway.

Todtmoos, 850 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is situated on a 2000 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally, but uses a separate entrance. There are a total of 5 holiday apartments in the house: SWW HOS 001 (1 person), SWW HOS 002 (1 person), SWW HOS 003 (3 people), SWW HOS 004 (1 person) and SWW HOS 005 (5 people). The house is located above the spa park with a view of the forest. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 150 m). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property. Lockable carport for bicycles.
