The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: garden furniture. Barbecue facilities (private outdoor fireplace). Insect screens.

Rosolina Mare. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot with a lawn, flowers, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved).

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.

1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom (not heated) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.
