The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building, was renovated in 2013, and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in the town center. Available for shared use: elevator. +++ Light WI-FI (no streaming, no download) available on request (not included in the price). FOR ARRIVALS ON 20.05.2026 and 21.05.2026 and 22.05.2026 and 23.05.2026, the deposit is 800 euros, which must be paid on site. Families are exempt from this. ++ PETS: Only small dogs up to 20 kg allowed. Please specify the size of your dog when booking++.


Location
Lignano, district of Sabbiadoro. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Parking is available in a car park in the town (distance 300 m). Each holiday apartment has 1 numbered parking space (either in the courtyard or 300 m away).

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational mid-May to mid-September, 3 m x 7 m, 1.20 m deep). Relaxation area with sun terrace and pool. 3 positions with lumbar massage and a cervical water jet. The area is located between the 1st and 2nd floors and is only accessible on foot (approximately 20 steps).

Shopping 300 m, restaurant 100 m, town centre 100 m. Airport in Venice 66 km. In summer: Adriatic Sea (beach 150 m in Lignano with sand).

The entrance to your holiday apartment is located on different floors and leads directly into the living kitchen. Living/bedroom with 2 additional beds on a double pull-out sofa, 1 cot, seating area, TV, access to the balcony (garden furniture) and security door. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with dining area, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
