Apartment

Our apartment is located northeast of downtown Lüneburg, which is within walking distance in about 15 minutes. If this apartment occupy the occupancy calendar, also note our new completed in Sept. 2016 apartment under Objnr. 2572110 here at vacation-direct, apartment "An der Kulturbäckerei" in the neighboring building to our apartment Speicherquartier.

The 112 square meter apartment is on the third Floor of a modern and spacious apartment blocks. It was in December 2016 by the German Tourism Association e. V. with 5 ***** (for occupancy up to 4 people) excellent. Access is via a cul de sac and conveniently accessible via a lift from both the entrance and the parking garage.

Our apartment has a spacious living and dining room (40 sqm) with a high quality kitchen facilities, a dining area for 6 people, and a large leather sofa with a sofa bed for 2 persons. The sofa bed can be easily folded and with a high quality bed base and mattress offers a Bültex a sleep comfort that comes close to a normal bed.

In the larger bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk.

In the smaller bedroom we have two single beds and also set up a wardrobe and desk.

Included in all rooms are television equipment and is everywhere wireless Internet access (free).

The large bathroom is located next to toilet and bath nor a shower and heated towel rail, in addition there is a guest toilet.

In the corridor round wardrobe closets and more off the equipment. In the whole house a high-quality oak flooring is laid with underfloor heating. All rooms are darkened.

On the balcony invites high-quality, spacious lounge furniture to relax.

The apartment is equipped for total private and professional purposes for up to 6 people.
