Only 2.5 km away from the nearest beach, on a peaceful location with 920 m2 of private surroundings. The town of Labin is a few minutes drive away, and all around are woods and meadows. Villa Flavia consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms, with 120 m2 of indoor surface, capable of hosting 9 people. Only a few steps from the entrance there is a pool with sunbeds and sun screens. Evenings by the pool with a great barbecue meal will fulfill your vacation. The sea, secluded beaches and a comfortable small wind will make you feel relaxed while you enjoy swimming or sunbathing.
The Villa is divided into two separate apartments that can be used as a whole. There is plenty of room for parking on the property.
The owners are very friendly and welcoming, and will happily answer to your requests.
