Apartment

You live on the edge of the oldest vineyard in the Palatinate, on the German Wine Route. Your holiday accommodation is a spacious 2 room apartment (70 sqm) on the ground floor of a two-family house, with separate access.
In addition to a spacious living area with dining table and sofa corner, it also has a bedroom with an electrically adjustable double bed and dressing room, guest toilet and modern fully equipped kitchen with free-standing island. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher and oven in an elevated position (at 1,00m). Real wood parquet was laid throughout the apartment, except for the bathrooms.
The bathroom has a bathtub, underfloor heating and a walk-in shower. The bathroom was rebuilt in 2014 and equipped with high quality ceramics and fittings.

Guest Access
The rental price includes a private parking space in the yard of the apartment. Entrance door has a keyless entry. You will receive an access code when booking.
Bed linen, towels and a hairdryer (free initial equipment) are provided. Fresh seasonal herbs on request. A mini bar with regional wines and non-alcoholic drinks is available for a fee.
