The holiday apartment is located in a terraced house built in 1804, was renovated in 2014, and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a lively environment, in the town centre, near the old town. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and the sunny location by the water.


Location
Biograd na Moru, district Riva. The landlord only occasionally resides in the house. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 30 m). Parking is available in a car park in the town (distance 200 m). Parking is charged according to the city of Gdansk's price list for the season. There is a daily and weekly ticket, which must be visible in the car.

Air conditioning, electric heating, underfloor heating. Cot, high chair, and internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via antenna, satellite.

In summer: Adriatic Sea 30 m in Biograd na Moru (beach 300 m in Biograd na Moru with pebbles, stones and bathing platforms). Biograd na Moru: tennis 1200 m, boat rental 200 m and diving 500 m. Boat mooring in Marina Kornati 100 m.

Kitchen in the living kitchen (6 sqm) with electric stove (4 plates), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, and electric kettle. Bathroom (7 sqm) with bathtub with shower, shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer, and window. Separate WC (2 sqm) with toilet.
