The cozy apartment is located on the ground floor of a house in Sonthofen in the Berghofen district near the Grünten mountain. It is a residential area and suburban location. The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed (one-piece mattress 200x160) with closet and TV. The bathroom is equipped with a steam shower and whirlpool and there is a small window. The living room has a larger window, is with a wood-burning stove and a corner kitchen in the back of the room (a little darker; light over the work surface, ceiling lamp ... available). There is also a dining table (between the corner kitchen and living room. In the living area there is a 2-seater sofa, a wooden wall unit with a display case, television and music system. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed (190x140). Outside there is a terrace reserved for guests, directly at the house, with garden furniture (benches, table, wooden screen), parasol, grill.
