The holiday home is rustically furnished. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area, on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property into the valley and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Grižane. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and bushes, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Stone house. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning, electric heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.


Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October 3.5 m x 7.5 m 1.5 m deep).


Dogs
allowed, EUR 10.00/pet per day.

Shopping 1000 m, restaurant 2 km, town centre 1000 m. Disco in Crikvenica 6 km. In summer: Adriatic Sea 6 km in Crikvenica (beach 6 km in Crikvenica with sand, gravel, stones, rocks and bathing platforms). Tennis, mini golf, diving, boat rental, boat dock each 6 km in Crikvenica.

Bedroom (16 sqm) with 1 double bed. Kitchenette with dining area, gas stove (2 flames), electric stove (2 plates), dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin and toilet.
Ground Floor (separate apartment): Living/bedroom (7 sqm, connecting room) with 2 additional beds on double sofa bed. Bedroom (16 sqm) with 1 double bed. Bathroom with bathtub with shower facility, whirlpool tub, 1 washbasin, toilet and window.
