The property is situated in a lively area, in the town centre, close to the old town. The domicile is also popular because of the view of the sea from the property and its sunny location by the water. Available for shared use:

Biograd na Moru, district Riva. The holiday apartment is located on an open plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The apartment is near the sea, with restaurants and shops nearby. Access is directly from the main road (paved, length 30 m). Parking is available in a car park in the town (distance 200 m). Parking is chargeable, at the rates of the city of Biograd. There are daily and weekly tickets, which must be visibly displayed in the car.

Kitchen (7 sqm, connecting room) with dining area (2 places), electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave and electric kettle. Bathroom (7 sqm) with shower, 2 washbasins, toilet, hairdryer and window. Separate WC (2 sqm, unheated) with toilet.
