This functionally furnished semi-detached house is located in Brodarica, not far from the town of Sibenik (5km). It consists of three units with common hallway. On the 2nd floor you will find the playroom and a large terrace from which you can overlook the sea (partially) and the town. From the neighboring property, where the owner also lives, a forest path leads to the beach, which is 20 away. The house offers everything for a relaxing vacation by the pool and barbecue, a high wall separates you from the neighbor. We recommend visiting the city of Sibenik, the National Park Krka and Kornati and the beautiful places in the area, but especially the small island of Krapanj.
