This beautiful two-story country house welcomes you not far from the village of Roccastrada in the middle of the picturesque Tuscan countryside. The cozy rooms charm with authentic furnishings and Mediterranean colors. Make yourself comfortable together in the living room, fire in the fireplace that creates a cozy atmosphere, or challenge your fellow travelers to a game of billiards.



A spacious park with lawn, olive grove and cork oaks surrounds the house. There are also several hundred rose bushes of different species, which turn the park into a beautiful rose garden during the blooming season in May. Refresh yourself at will in the beautiful swimming pool and relax in large furnished outdoor areas with a mobile gas grill. The homeowner couple, who manages the property, lives in a separate and independent building.



Your vacation home is located in a completely natural environment, in a quiet location and surrounded by a beautiful hilly landscape. The Tuscan coast with its wide sandy beaches can be reached by car, as well as the thermal baths of Petriolo. Nearby are the characteristic villages of Roccatederighi, Montemassi and Massa Marittima. The access road is unpaved.
