Private vacation home

In the village Ratac, near Slano, there is this simple semi-detached house. It is located in the first row to the sea, where there is a concrete plateau, accessible only to guests. The house consists of two living units, one on the upper floor and one on the lower floor, with outside entrance and stairs. The covered terrace overlooking the sea and the barbecue is the perfect place to relax and taste dishes of this region. To the city of Dubrovnik, rich in cultural and entertainment opportunities, it is 20 km. Parking is on the street above the house. The owner lives in the other half of the house, in the apartment on the 1st floor.
