Further terraces surround the house both on the ground floor and on the 1st floor, where the bedrooms are located. Only two km away from here you can reach a good restaurant - even on foot during a walk through the picturesque countryside. In the nearby town of Monte San Savino (3 km) you will find everything for your daily needs - several good restaurants, bars, an ice cream parlor, small stores with specialties and on Wednesdays a colorful weekly market. The culinary specialty of the place is the porchetta, a well-seasoned suckling pig. For the culturally interested and passionate city wanderer, it is also not far to Arezzo (18 km, also with the slow train from Monte San Savino), Cortona 25 km, Montepulciano and Siena 45 km, or to Florence 90 km.
