Lazise, 70 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday accommodation is in a house for 4 families. The building dates back to the 1970s and features 4 three-room apartments in the vicinity of Villa Paiari. 2 apartments on the ground floor and 2 apartments on the upper floor. GAR LAZ 110, GAR LAZ 109, and GAR LAZ 112 are also in the house. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-September, 5 m x 7 m, 1.5 m deep). The swimming pool is open from mid-May to mid-September. 2 sun loungers in each apartment. The swimming pool is 50 meters from the apartment.

Shopping 600 m, Restaurant 250 m, Town centre 900 m. In summer: Lake Garda 800 m in Lazise (Beach 1000 m in Lazise with sand and pebbles).
