The house is located directly on the beach promenade in front of Terrazza Mare. Parking (for 1 car) is available in a garage. The garage is not suitable for minibuses and SUVs.

Cooking nook in the living & bedroom with dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
